Chochmah and Binah

In the kabbalistic tradition Chochmah is the seed-point of insight. the flash. and Binah is the understanding that develops it into structure. Mishlei says it itself: God founded the earth with Chochmah and set the heavens with Tevunah. Wisdom is not decoration here; it is how the world is built.
